Quick, Warm-Up Today; Rain Late Tomorrow
1033 AM CST TUE DEC 15 2015
High pressure over the region will provide for dry conditions and
warm temperatures today. Another cold front will move across the
mid south on Wednesday with scattered to numerous showers and a
few thunderstorms.
Canadian high pressure will build into the area for the end of the
week and first part of the upcoming weekend. This will support a
return to dry weather and cooler temperatures. Near to below normal
temperatures on Thursday and Friday will gradually warm back above
normal by the end of the weekend.
Warm temperatures along with a wetter weather pattern will return for
the first part of the holiday week. At this time…it appears that
chances for a white Christmas look very unlikely.
