Emergency officials to open civic center in Jackson for storm shelter

JACKSON, Tenn. – EMA officials will open a temporary storm shelter this afternoon at the Carl Perkins Civic Center.

The shelter will open at 3 p.m., according to Jackson-Madison County EMA Director Marty Clements.
