Consignment sale to help local moms, charities is this weekend

JACKSON, Tenn. — A local organization for moms hosts its annual consignment sale this weekend, an event also designed to spread the help to other organizations.

JAMOM consignment saleJackson Area Mothers of Multiples’ “Mommy and Me” sale is scheduled for Saturday at Calvary Baptist Church in north Jackson.

With strollers, maternity clothes and items for children of all ages, the event benefits moms, moms to be and the local work of other charities.

“It goes back to our club, and we do things with them but we also do benefits for the March of Dimes and some NICU babies that our moms who need help with that,” said Addison Lee, president of JAMOM.

That sale starts at 8 a.m. Saturday and runs until noon, then picks up again at 1 p.m.
