Weather Update – 10:00 p.m. Tuesday

Scattered showers and thunderstorms will continue to be possible through 1am in West Tennessee. It’s possible that one or two of these thunderstorms becomes strong given the energy in the atmosphere from the day. Temperatures will cool down behind the front bringing us to the upper 40s and low 50s by the 7:04 a.m. sunrise.

With the cold front to the east, we’re expecting Wednesday to be a cooler but still pleasant day! Temperatures will peak in the upper 60s and low 70s under sunny skies.

Later on in the forecast period, skies will become partly cloudy with slight chances for rain. Our next best chance for rain will arrive on Saturday with scattered showers possible. Temperatures will be much cooler with highs in just the 50s on Saturday and Sunday. Temperatures near or just above freezing on Sunday and Monday may even bring frost to parts of West Tennessee.
