Chester County Defeats South Side
JACKSON, Tenn — After falling last night to the South Side Lady Hawks, the Chester County Eaglettes got revenge in the District 14 A-AA Championship game.
The Eaglettes would grab four runs in the bottom of the fifth. Lady Hawks would add two on an inside the park home run but that wouldn’t be enough.
Head coach for Chester County, Brandon Pipkin said his team fought tonight like they have any other night.
“We played like they played all year long, with tons of effort and enthusiasm,” Pipkin said. “They just fight every single night, every single pitch and thats all we can ask for.”
The Eaglettes will play Tuesday, opponent to be announced.
