Washington Inspires Youth
JACKSON, Tenn — Trinity Christian Alum Jabriel Washington signed a deal with the Los Angeles Rams as an undrafted free agent.
TCA head football coach Blake Butler, described how a move like that can inspire the youth that dreams do come true.
“Anytime you see a player come out of a program that makes it, not only to college but gets a shot in the NFL, its encouragement to the guys following in his footsteps,” Butler said. “You know we’ve had a couple of guys that went on to play college football since Jabriel and a lot of that probably is due to his influence.”
Washington will battle to earn a spot on the Rams 53 man roster.
