Jackson, Miss., woman found dead under her house
JACKSON, Miss. (AP) – Jackson, Miss., police are investigating the death of a 78-year-old woman whose body was found under her house.
Jackson news outlets report that the body of Louise Baker was found Sunday.
Her friends and relatives had been searching for her since Saturday.
Jackson Police Department Commander Tyree Jones said there were no signs of trauma and investigators do not believe her body had been placed under the house.
Jones said Baker’s body was transported to the state crime lab for an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
