Parten is charged with murder in the death of 25-year-old Ahmed Fallous.
Fallous’ body was found May 26 near Anderson. Deputy Coroner Charlie Boseman says fisherman near a bridge heard an argument and gunfire early that morning and found Fallous’ body.
