Weather Update: 12:00 PM Monday

It’s a beautiful start to the workweek! Mostly clear skies and warm conditions with current temps in the upper 70s, nearing 80 degrees! Little wind is across the area but there is a light breeze out of the north.

Tonight will be a clear night with temps falling into the low 60s. It’ll be cool and calm making it a great night to look at the night sky. A weak cold front will approach the area overnight tonight but our air has been replaced with much drier conditions so we are not looking at the prospect for rain. We could get a little bit more cloud cover with the system but that would be it.

Wednesday looks to be the coolest day of our 7-day forecast. Afternoon highs only in the low 80s for midweek. The heat really ramps up by Thursday, though. Temps return back into the mid and upper 80s and by Friday we are looking to see our first 90 degree day of the year. The 90s will stick with us into the weekend as well. The humidity will also be one the rise by the end of the week. This weekend will be hot and toasty across the area.

Enjoy the sunny week!
