Shooting victim, charged with aggravated perjury, sees case head to grand jury

JACKSON, Tenn.-A shooting victim now charged with aggravated perjury appeared in court, Thursday.

Prosecutors argued Antonio Clark committed a classic case of perjury during a June court hearing, when he would not say who shot him, despite telling police three different times who pulled the trigger.

The case will now go to the grand jury this fall.
