High-speed chase from Madison Co. leads deputies into downtown Jackson
JACKSON, Tenn.-A high-speed chase that started in west Madison County ends near downtown Jackson, Monday evening.
Deputies were able to get the driver stopped around 8:30 p.m. near State Street and the Highway 45 Bypass.
According to a sheriff’s department spokesperson, a deputy tried to pull the driver over, but he refused to stop, leading officers along Airways Boulevard and into the Jackson city limits.
The drivers name nor charges he might face have been released.
