Henderson Co. man charged with threatening to kill woman
HENDERSON COUNTY, Tenn. -A Henderson County man is charged with threatening to kill a woman.
James Lynn Hayes faces several charges, from aggravated domestic assault to attempted second degree murder, along with unrelated charges of parole violation.
The victim told officers, she feared for her life when Hayes put a knife to her throat, Sunday morning.
His bond is set at $150,000.
