Man arrested, facing count of statutory rape
HUMBOLDT, Tenn.-Police in Humboldt arrest a man, accused of raping a girl 9 years younger than him.
Andrew Joseph Bussdieker, 24, now faces a count of statutory rape.
His alleged victim is a 15-year-old girl from Humboldt.
Bussdieker remains jailed in lieu of $5,000 bond and will return to court on the August 17.
