Man charged in death of TBI agent appears on other charges

JACKSON, Tenn. — The man accused of killing Tennessee Bureau of Investigation Special Agent De’Greaun Frazier appeared Thursday on unrelated charges.

Brenden Burns, 23, appeared in Madison County General Sessions Court on outstanding warrants for charges of evading arrest, speeding, failure to appear, drug charges and driving on a suspended license.

He is scheduled to return to court on these charges on Aug. 25.
