Weather Update – 11:00 p.m. Wednesday

Skies will become mainly clear with warm and humid conditions overnight. Patchy fog is possible early Thursday with light southerly winds as temperatures drop to the lower and middle 70s. A cold front will increase our chance for rain toward the end of the workweek with scattered showers and thunderstorms possible Friday.

THURSDAY
Scattered clouds are expected tomorrow morning and afternoon with an isolated shower or thunderstorm possible. Expect a hot and humid day with temperatures warming up to the lower and middle 90s during the afternoon. Due to humid conditions, temperatures could feel like they’re between 100°F and 105°F at the warmest point of the day. Be safe!

REST OF THE WORKWEEK
The approaching cold front will increase our chance for rain on Friday. Scattered showers and thunderstorms will develop along the front to end the workweek as highs continue to reach the upper 80s and 90s. Not everyone will get rain on Thursday or Friday but those who do could encounter heavy downpours and frequent lightning.
