Middle Tennessee woman charged with TennCare fraud

WHITE COUNTY, Tenn. — Police have arrested a Middle Tennessee woman on a charge of TennCare fraud.

Authorities say Lori Ann Miller, 35, of White County used her TennCare benefits to get the painkiller morphine and then tried to sell the medication to an undercover officer.

She could face up to four years in state prison if convicted.
