Weather Update: 10:30 AM Monday
Temps have warmed into the mid 80s across West Tennessee. It’s going to be another hot one across the area this afternoon. Skies are currently mostly sunny and if storms pop they will be isolated to scattered at best. Not everyone is expected to get this afternoon as they could be spotty across West Tennessee.
This afternoon temps should reach back into the low to mid 90s. With the humidity in place it could make it feel closer to the 100 degree mark. Just make sure you have your umbrella nearby in case you’re are out and get stuck in a downpour. The best chance for any shower activity is this afternoon.
There is a chance for rain to start the week and mainly through midweek. A stalled front will start to sink south and bring a slight cool down by the end of the week as well as some rain-free conditions to end the week. The long weekend looks good for now but we will be keeping our eyes on the weekend as it approaches!
