Three Weakley Co. women accused of TennCare fraud
WEAKLEY COUNTY, Tenn.-Three Weakley County women stand charged with abusing the state’s healthcare system.
Donna Newsom of Dresden faces three counts of TennCare fraud, accused of altering prescriptions for her child to get Adderall.
Donna Williams, also of Dresden, faces one count of the same crime, accused of using her benefits to get Hydrocodone then selling some of the pills.
Jessica Jett of Martin is charged with TennCare fraud and theft.
Officers said she lied about her child being a dependent to qualify for benefits.
