Week 5 top plays

JACKSON, Tenn — Week five’s top plays are as followed.

#5: South Gibson’s Dustin Moore would fake the triple option, run to the right and run over two defenders for the touchdown. South Gibson defeated McNairy Central 36-22.

#4: Hardin County Davius Prather drops back and runs right, leaping over a defender. Hardin County wins 31-13 over Crockett County.

#3: Liberty Tech’s Rodney Castille would catch a quick screen, then leap over a defender for a Crusader touchdown. Liberty wins 48-19 over Dyersburg.

#2: Dresden’s Dylan Yates runs right, sprints up the field, runs over one defender, one hops on for a ride before being thrown to the ground and Yates would go in to score. Dresden defeats Lake County 66-0.

#1: Riverside’s manager Jeffery Whitley, a kid with special needs receives the hand off from Drake Smith on a kick return and goes all the way for a touchdown. Riverside takes down Loretto, 29-4.
