Weather Update – 10:30 p.m. Tuesday

Clear skies will continue tonight with light winds. Temperatures will still be chilly in the morning but should be a degree or two warmer than they were before dawn today. Lows are forecast for the upper 40s and lower to middle 50s Wednesday morning. This pattern of cooler weather will stick around through the weekend but an isolated shower or two may develop in parts of West Tennessee before we get there.

WEDNESDAY
Expect another sunny day tomorrow with highs in the upper 70s to lower and middle 80s. It should be a pleasant Autumn day but winds will pick up during the later morning and afternoon. Sustained winds up to between 15 and 20 miles per hour are possible with gusts over 20 miles per hour. A cold front will move into the region during the afternoon continuing the cool pattern. A light isolated shower will be possible tomorrow afternoon and evening, but the rain shouldn’t have much of an impact. No lightning is expected.

REST OF THE WORKWEEK
Skies will be partly to mostly cloudy at times midweek with areas near the Tennessee River expected to have the cloudier skies. Temperatures will remain cool into the weekend – starting out in the upper 40s Thursday morning with highs in the lower to middle 70s Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Have a good night!
