New hearing set for Milan dentist facing prescription drug fraud charges

JACKSON, Tenn. — An attorney for a local dentist facing prescription drug fraud charges told a judge Tuesday that his client is undergoing an evaluation to determine whether he needs rehab.

Dr. Nathan Nash, a dentist out of Milan, did not appear at the Tuesday hearing in Jackson. However, his attorney, Mark Donahoe, appeared on his behalf and told the judge his client was at an evaluation to determine whether he needs rehabilitation.

The judge says Nash must return to court Oct. 7.
