Off-duty Tennessee firefighter dies in car accident
MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) – Authorities in Shelby County say an off-duty firefighter has died in a weekend rollover accident.
The Commercial Appeal (http://memne.ws/2dny6uD ) reports that 26-year-old Ryan McCray was ejected from his car when it left a road, struck a tree and rolled over Sunday morning.
Shelby County Fire Department spokesman Brent Perkins says it’s a “real sad day” for the department.
