Police investigate late night drive-by shooting in west Jackson
JACKSON, Tenn.– Jackson police investigate a late night drive-by shooting.
Officers say one person was hurt.
Police say the shooting happened at 11:55 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Hollywood Drive and Interstate 40.
Officers say the victim stopped at a red light and someone in another car drove up and started shooting.
Investigators say the victim was hit with a bullet or possibly a bullet fragment.
Police say they’re looking for possibly a four-door, red car.
Officers did not have a description of the suspect.
