Madison Co. Courthouse having phone service problem

JACKSON, Tenn. — Administrators say callers may not be able to reach the Madison County Courthouse due to a phone service outage.

Callers may get a busy signal as the courthouse experiences the loss of phone service, according to an email from Regetta Nelson, the mayor’s administrative assistant.

At this time, they do not know when their phone service will return to normal.
