Pumpkin Smashing day on Donnell Farm

JACKSON, Tenn. — With the month of October coming to an end, many pumpkin patches are about close for the season. But not without a boom. Folks took advantage of the 10 acres of pumpkins at Donnell Century Farm Sunday with the motto don’t trash em – smash em.

“Because we’ve got 10 acres of pumpkins and we’re trying to come up with something fun for the family to come out and spend the day. Just having a good time and being big kids,” Donnell Century Farms owner Andrew Donnell said.

The farm marked the end of it’s season Sunday evening.
