Online mugshot leads witnesses to ID man in auto burglary

JACKSON, Tenn. — A suspect is behind bars, thanks in part to the mugshots on the WBBJ website.

Terrence Hardeman is charged with breaking out a widow of a woman’s car in the West Tennessee Business College parking lot and stealing her purse.

According to court papers, witnesses recognized the man from a previous mugshot on our website and were able to positively identify Hardeman as the suspect.

He remains jailed in lieu of $10,000 bond.
