Two charged with credit card fraud, drug counts

JACKSON, Tenn.-A couple is in custody, charged with credit card fraud and drug counts.

According to court documents, Kasey Newlen and Kerri Hays were arrested last week, outside of the Jackson Kohl’s store, accused of using a stolen credit card to buy almost $500 in merchandise. Each also face a count of possessing a drug pipe.

Newlen faces three additional counts involving identity theft and drug possession
