The phone calls paint a chaotic scene in the moments following the crash.
One caller identifies herself as a nurse. Throughout the nearly seven-minute call, she can be heard attempting to calm students and administer first aid.
Another caller sounds like a student who may have been on a different bus. She says she was watching a video on her phone and then saw the bus had crashed into a concrete pillar on the exit ramp.
