Police: Man found with gun in Muse Park arrested
JACKSON, Tenn.-Jackson police arrest a man found with a gun inside Muse Park, late Friday afternoon.
Officers told WBBJ 7 Eyewitness News a witness spotted a man armed with a gun, just after 4 p.m.
For now, they are not sure if he planned on using the weapon, but he was arrested, with criminal charges now pending.
Lieutenant Phillip Standfill with the Jackson Police Department said they are not releasing the suspect’s name, at this time.
Investigators said he will be arraigned Monday.
