Robert (Bob) Bland Sutton

Robert (Bob) Bland Sutton was born December 7, 1954 in Jackson, TN and passed away December 19, 2017 at Vanderbilt University Hospital in Nashville, TN after a lengthy illness at the age of 63. A memorial service celebrating his life will be held Friday, December 22, 2017 at 5 pm at Aldersgate United Methodist Church in Jackson, TN. Rev. Barry Scott and Stephen Sutton will be officiating.

Bob provided for his family by working in industrial maintenance for most of his life. He was unconditionally loyal to his family and was a great husband as well as a great father.

Mr. Sutton was preceded in death by his parents Ernest and Elizabeth Sutton of Alamo, TN, a brother Ronnie Sutton, and a sister Nell Lydon.

Mr. Sutton is survived by his wife Judy Brewer Sutton of Jackson, TN, daughter Blanda Brooke Robberts (husband Michael) of San Antonio, TX, son Stephen Sutton (wife Whitney) of Dyersburg, TN, son Luke Sutton of Nashville, TN, grandson Jaggar Robberts of San Antonio, TX, sister Evelyn Hughes of Alamo, TN, brother in law Jim Lydon of California, and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
