Man faces drug counts after allegedly running from Weakley Co. deputies

WEAKLEY COUNTY, Tenn. — Deputies have arrested a man in Weakley County on drug charges.

A deputy went to an apartment Thursday on Travis Road to serve an arrest warrant, according to a release from the Weakley County Sheriff’s Department.

Officers say upon arrival, Aubry Paschall ran from the deputy. Investigators say Paschall was found in the woods with a backpack containing marijuana, a glass pipe and cash.

A green plant leaf material believed to be marijuana, a bottle of Xanax, and other pills were also reportedly found in the apartment.

Deputies found just over a pound of marijuana along with $1,688 in cash, according to the release.

Paschall is charged with the manufacture, sale and delivery of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and evading arrest, along with other drug charges.
