A Mix Of Sun And Clouds Today
Weather Update:
Clouds increased a little further west and faster than expected this morning. The cloud cover helped keep temperatures out of the 20s and above freezing for all of the region this morning. Latest guidance still wants to decrease cloud cover for a period through late morning and afternoon, before increasing again tonight ahead of a much more moist air mass moves in and settles across much of the southeastern US. Rain chances will gradually increase through this evening and will continue into the day on Wednesday/Valentine’s Day. While rain chances will be present the next several days. There is no one period of continuous rain through this weekend. In fact, most guidance only put down around an inch or so through Sunday indicating this will be mostly light rain showers.
