Jackson police seek to ID woman in Kohl’s thefts

JACKSON, Tenn. — Police are asking the public to help them identify a woman suspected in a recent shoplifting incident at a department store.

Police say a woman shoplifted nearly $1,100 worth of merchandise on Sunday from Kohl’s on Vann Drive, according to a release from the Jackson Police Department.

Police describe the suspect as a heavyset white woman with long, dark hair.

The woman would not stop for loss prevention at the store, according to the release. She left in an older model, four-door red vehicle.
