Truck crash slows traffic at Vann Drive & North Highland

JACKSON, Tenn. — A Monday afternoon crash involving a dump truck in north Jackson is slowing traffic in the area of Vann Drive and North Highland Avenue.

The Tennessee Highway Patrol and Jackson Police Department are working the crash, according to a release from the police department.

They are referring to the crash as an accident with injuries. There is not yet word on the extent of the injuries.

Police urge drivers to avoid the area or expect heavy traffic delays.
