Winter Returns Tomorrow

Weather Update:

A sunny and warm day is on the way after a cold start this morning. The main story today will be the strong gradient wind with gust as high as 30 to 40 mph at times. Tonight an arctic front will bring in much colder air into the area with lows falling into the lower 30s with wind chills feeling like mid to upper 20s. It’s been a while since we’ve had air this cold in West Tennessee. Really the rest of the month looks to remain at or below average temperature wise, along with relatively active pattern. Whether that means more wintry mischief before spring, that is yet to be seen. What is clear. Winter is not quite done with us yet! I’ll be back later this morning on ABC 7 at 11:30 AM and CBS 7 at Noon.
