Liberty Tech basketball coach resigns; police confirm investigation

JACKSON, Tenn. — The Jackson-Madison County School System has confirmed Liberty Tech High School boys basketball coach Cordero Wade resigned Monday from his position with the high school.

The school district could not comment further on Wade’s resignation.

The Jackson Police Department confirmed Wednesday that there is an investigation into Wade, but could not confirm the nature of the investigation.
