Discovery Park of America announces ‘AgriCulture: Innovating for Our Survival’ exhibit

Parks Wells of the Tennessee Soybean Promotional Council spoke to the importance of an Ag exhibit to tell the innovative story of farming today and into the future at a press conference held at Discovery Park of America on Aug. 2 to announce plans for a new Ag exhibit. The Soybean Promotional Council has made a large gift to the park to help fund this exhibit, and according to President and CEO Scott Williams, there are many other organizations that have expressed interest.

Discovery Park of America in Union City announced Friday that it will open an exhibit dedicated to telling the story of innovation in agriculture.

“AgriCulture: Innovating for Our Survival” will open Oct. 22, 2020, and will be located in the 8,900-square-foot building that currently houses the museum and heritage park’s tractor barn.
