Local business celebrates Black History Month

JACKSON, Tenn. — February is Black History Month, and a local clothing company wants to highlight gifted youth in the community.

K.I.D.S Business sponsored a showcase and fashion show at Madison Academic Magnet High School in Jackson.

Several vendors from around the area were set up at the event, and attendees also enjoyed a fashion show.

Organizers say it was all to celebrate black entrepreneurs from around West Tennessee during Black History Month.
