Good Morning West Tennessee and happy first day of Meteorological Summer! It is also the start of the 2020 Atlantic Hurricane Season. We start the month off under high pressure and the west side of a broad trough. This will keep temperatures back just a touch today under mainly sunny skies. Enjoy it, the trough will be moving away from us after today. Highs today will be around the mid 80s today. A ridge will shift eastward. It will bring humidity and considerably warmer temps through the remainder of the week. In addition, there is an upper level low in the southern Plains that will bring back the chance of isolated to widely scattered storms during the afternoon through the later half of the week.
