Severe weather wrecks coast as Hurricane Laura reaches shore
(CBS Newspath) — Strong wind and heavy rain hit Louisiana as Hurricane Laura came ashore early Thursday morning. The storm made landfall in the southwestern part of the state as a Category 4 hurricane.
