National Guard members welcomed with banners on I-40

MADISON COUNTY, Tenn. — It was a special day for the National Guard and their families.

The 194th Engineering Brigade was welcomed home Thursday.

To pay tribute, Central Distributors installed “Welcome Home Heroes” banners on the overpasses of Interstate 40 at Matheny Road and other areas.

As cars drove pass, they got a chance to see the banners made for the troops in Jackson.
