Local horse rescue hosts open house
JACKSON, Tenn. — Redemption Road Rescue in Jackson hosted an open house Saturday June 5.
Many people were able to get out and learn what goes on at the rescue.
Those who attended were able to meet the new baby horses and the rescues they have nurtured back to health.
There were also tours available from the volunteers at the rescue, who work tirelessly to save the animals.
“And see our horses,” said Lori Collins, Founder and Director, Redemption Road Rescue.
Hot dogs, hamburgers, t-shirts and cupcakes were also available at the event.
