HARDIN COUNTY, Tenn. — Tennessee OSHA has confirmed an investigation into a workplace fatality in Hardin County on Thursday.

TOSHA says the incident happened at Packaging Corporation of America in Counce.

TOSHA is investigating the circumstances that led to the employee’s death.
