Free pop up event promotes healthy living

JACKSON, Tenn.–It’s time for a pop up.

A free to the public Barre & Brew pop up class was held Saturday morning at Hub City Brewing.

Attendees were able to lift, tone and burn, as well as participate in giveaways and enjoy refreshments after class.

Organizers say they wanted to introduce the community to not only a different way to get a full body workout but a different way of life.

“Pure Barre is more than fitness. It’s a community. It’s a way of life so not only are you promoting strong fitness habits within yourself, but you can also invite your friends and get yourself into a good routine,” said Emilee Atkins, General manager, Pure Barre – Jackson.

If you missed the pop up, not to worry, you can visit Pure Barre in Jackson seven days a week with various classes starting at 5:30 in the morning.

Pure Barre is located at 1370 Union University Drive, Suite A.
