Jackson police investigating alleged child abuse incident
JACKSON, Tenn. — The Jackson Police Department says a baby is safe after allegedly being taped by their hands, feet and mouth.
In a Facebook post, the department says that they were notified of possible child abuse from photos of the baby on social media.
The department says an investigation is being held at this time.
