8 from Lexington arrested for sale, delivery of meth

LEXINGTON, Tenn. — Eight individuals from Lexington have been arrested following an investigation into the sale and delivery of methamphetamine.

According to the Lexington Police Department, the arrests come after their Narcotic Investigators launched an investigation into the illegal activity in early 2022.

The investigation resulted in the indictment of Wesley Pope, Brittney Martinez, April Lee, Daniel Oguin, Robbie Powers, Thomas Peoples, Michael Henley and Steven Brasher.

All eight were arraigned in Henderson County Circuit Court on Friday, October 14.

Police say each of the cases will be prosecuted by the office of the Attorney General Jody Pickens of the 26th Judicial District.
