‘A Christmas Carol: Scrooge’ coming to the stage in Jackson

JACKSON, Tenn. — A classic Christmas tale with a twist is coming to a stage in Jackson this December.

The Jackson Theatre Guild is presenting “A Christmas Carol: Scrooge” at The Ned in downtown Jackson.

This re-telling of Charles Dickens’ story, co-directed by Billy Worboys and LOLO, offers a glimpse into the childhood of Scrooge and the events that shaped him.

There will be a handful of opportunities to catch the show, which will run from Dec. 15 through 18.

Showtimes will be at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and matinees will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

There will also be a special preview party held on Wednesday, December 14.
