City of Jackson shares schedules for offices, trash pick up

JACKSON, Tenn. — The City of Jackson is pushing back office opening hours on Tuesday.

The city says due to the threat of freezing rain, all of their offices will open one hour later at 9 a.m.

The city also announced on Monday that due to the potential for inclement weather, Waste Management’s schedule for Tuesday will see their routes for residential pickup beginning at 8 a.m.

They say say commercial roll-off and front loader routes will begin at 7 a.m.

The city says the schedule is pending the weather.
