JACKSON, Tenn. — Tuesday, June 13, Jackson residents headed to the polls to vote, yet again, on who should be mayor.
Last month, incumbent Mayor Scott Conger and mayoral candidate Ray Condray entered into the runoff after neither secured enough votes for a “50 plus one” victory.
