United Way West TN hosts annual Celebration Breakfast

JACKSON, Tenn. — Friday morning, United Way of West Tennessee hosted their annual Celebration Breakfast.

The event celebrated United Way West TN’s organizational impact during the 2022-23 campaign year, and recognizes the companies who provided financial support throughout the campaign.

According to a press release, United Way raised $1.23 million in campaign and $2.5 million in grants, amounting to over $3.7 Million in total revenue.

The release states this is the most the organization has ever raised since its establishment in 1941.

United Way West TN also recognized Agency Director of the year, Scarlet Rope Project’s Executive Director, Julanne Stone, as this year’s recipient of the David Hallock Memorial Award.

The release states that the top ten 2022-23 corporate sponsors were Cadence Bank, First Citizens National Bank, Manpower, Nortek Global HVAC, Security Bank – West Tennessee, and Teknor Apex.
